Faiz leads growth strategy at CCC. He learns how each client's business actually wins work, then builds the plan to help it win more.
Faiz Hanif is CEO and co-founder of Catalyst Creatives Co. He studied marketing and entrepreneurship at Indiana University, and started CCC with Mahd during his final year there.
He and Mahd started CCC after hearing owner after owner describe paying a lot for marketing and getting very poor service, or none at all. Faiz saw the problem in the delivery, not the tools.
That's why he keeps CCC small on purpose. We never take on more than 15 clients at a time, and we don't go after new ones until current clients are well served.

We cap our client list at 15. Until we can say we've nailed service delivery for a client, we don't go after more.
