Reputation Management
Turn every finished job into a review that wins you the next one.
"Thanks for having us today! Would you mind leaving a quick review?" Sent automatically, 1 hour later
"Showed up on time and left the place spotless."
Your reply: Thank you! See you in two weeks.
Why it isn't working yet, and what we do.
People choose the business with more good, recent reviews. Most happy customers will leave one if they're asked at the right moment. We make sure every one of them is asked.
What goes wrong
Happy customers don't leave reviews
Not because they don't like you. Because nobody asked them while they were happy.
One bad review is sitting on top
With only a few reviews, one angry customer becomes the first thing people read.
The competitor has 300 reviews
It feels impossible to catch up. With steady asking, it isn't.
What we actually do
Automatic review requests
A text after every finished job, with a one-tap link to your Google review page.
Gentle reminders
One follow-up for people who meant to but forgot.
Replies to every review
Thank-yous for the good ones, calm replies to the bad ones.
Reviews shown where they count
On your website, next to your quote buttons, and in your ads.
How long until you catch the competitor with more reviews?
People pick the business with more recent reviews. Most happy customers will leave one if someone asks.
14 months if every customer gets asked
Versus more than 10 years at your current pace. You're 210 reviews behind.
Show me how to fix thisAssumes about 1 in 4 customers who are asked leave a review, and that the competitor stands still. The free needs assessment works from your real numbers.
What owners tell us, and what we say.
You've probably thought at least one of these. Here are the honest answers.

CatalystSome do, usually the very happy or the very upset. Most happy customers just never get asked. A text after every job, with a one-tap link, changes that.
YouI'll never catch up to their 300 reviews.
CatalystYou don't have to pass them this month. People look at how recent reviews are, not just the count. Asking after every job closes the gap one job at a time.
YouCan you just delete my bad review?
CatalystOnly Google removes reviews, and only ones that break its rules. We flag those. For the rest, a calm reply and a steady flow of good reviews matter more.
One piece of the whole system.
Reviews are the last step and the first: they close the loop on a job and make the next customer trust you on Google, Maps and your site.

Questions owners ask.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only Google can remove reviews, and only ones that break their rules. We can flag those. For the rest, a good reply and more good reviews do the work.
Is it allowed to ask for reviews?
Yes, asking every customer is fine. Offering rewards for reviews, or only asking happy customers, is against Google's rules, so we don't do it.
Which review sites?
Google first, because it drives the most calls. Then whichever sites matter in your industry.
How quickly can it start?
Review requests are usually running about a week and a half after we start.
How many reviews will I get?
That depends on how many jobs you finish. Use the calculator above to see how fast you could catch up.
