Syed Mahd Ahmed
Mahd runs how CCC delivers: the websites, SEO, AI receptionist and follow-up systems behind every client's marketing, and how the work gets done well and on time.

Syed Mahd Ahmed is COO and co-founder of Catalyst Creatives Co. He has a bachelor's in computer science from Monash University Malaysia.
Every service we offer was added one at a time. Before each one, Mahd researched what works best and how to set it up properly. We only sell what we know how to deliver.
He and Faiz have been friends since sixth grade. They built CCC to be the agency they wished owners had: one that learns the business first and tells you straight what's working.

Small on purpose.
- 01
Never more than 15 clients
We cap our client list at 15. Until we can say we've nailed service delivery for a client, we don't go after more.
- 02
No one on more than 2 clients
Faiz and Mahd lead a team of eight people on client work. Nobody on it works on more than two clients at a time, so your work never waits in a long queue.

We learn your business first
It starts with a discovery meeting. After you sign, a detailed onboarding questionnaire, designed and vetted by market leaders, maps how you run, your gaps, your strengths and what makes your people different. Then we build a plan to beat the competitors in your area.

Services added one at a time
We didn't launch with nine services. Each one was added after Mahd researched what works best and how to set it up properly.
